Gardendesign:
Rick van het Meer and his entire team of designers and gardeners realize the total project of your garden or roof terrace. We are here to relieve you and guide every project from the first sketch to the complete end result.
First phase – Consultation.

- Discuss all wishes and possibilities.
Second phase – Concept plan and draft design.
- Draft design proposal based on wishes and possibilities.
- Mood board
- Location plan
- 1 hour consultation of concept plan meeting.
Third phase – Final design.
- Site survey.
- Final mood board.
- Materialization proposal.
- Plan drawing.
- 4x 3D final design drawing.
- Including lighting design. (if desired)
- Including irrigation system. (if desired)
- 1 hour consultation of draft proposal.
- Design adjustments after initial consultation.
- 1 hour consultation final adjustments design.
The price of the final design includes complete supervision of the garden construction and management of gardeners.
Fourth phase – Quotation phase.
- Cost quotation from our gardener based on approved final design.
- Technical drawings of garden details for the gardener.
Fifth phase – Plant plan design.
- Planting plan Design taking into account: sun protection, environmental factors and soil quality.
- Plant mood board to visualize the Plant Plan design.
- 1 hour consultation Planting plan Design and moodboard.
- Elaborate any adjustments and other wishes.
- Brief discussion of final plant plan design.
Sixth phase – Construction
- Garden construction by our specialized gardeners.
- Installation of a lighting plan by an electrician specialized in outdoor lighting.
- Personal plant selection and purchasing by Groen from various growers.
- Placing the plants by Groen according to the plant plan.
- Planting by our gardeners
- Installation of irrigation by gardeners.
Seventh phase – Completion and Aftercare
- Completion garden.
- Garden aftercare up to 3 months after completion.

Interior planting design:
In addition to gardens, Groen by Rick van het Meer also creates interior planting designs for homes, offices and open or closed patios.
We think along with you, analyze the situation and discuss the various options based on your wishes, depending on light, humidity and heat sources. We translate this into an interior planting plan including a mood board of plants and pots. Naturally, this can also be one beautiful plant and pot for your home or office. We also think along with the architect in the starting phase of the design for a complete Biophilic design for the home or office.
Rick van het Meer sells, among others, the Belgian brand Serax, which, in addition to its own special pot series, also designs by Piet Boon, Marie Michielssen and Bela Silva. Rick also enjoys working with the exceptionally beautiful high-end pot brand Atelier Vierkant. He also sells pots from the luxury brands Terracotta d'Arte and Bergs potter.

We personally place the plant(s) in the pot(s) at your home or office at the desired location. We will also provide you with a maintenance plan for each installed plant so that you know exactly how to best care for the plant.
